I moved into Waterside holiday park in Corton on the 13 june 08 and was told Housing benefit would be paid. The manager at the holiday park informed me that the park was a 12 month residential park so I was happy to move in with my two children. We had a letter from this company too saying our £1000 loan had been approved, we had never asked them for a loan, but several months before had asked and received a loan from another company so I guess they got our details from them or the broker who put us in touch with our company. I booked a hotel through Roomsnet.com and upon my arrival at the hotel I was told that my booking had been cancelled by Roomsnet.com the previous day. I had to pay again at the hotel and was told by Roomsnet that they would refund me the money. I have been trying to get one $6.00 replacement standard left runner for my Set It and Forget It since November 2007. I have a packing slip dated 1/7/08 Order # 00023817 that came with the right runner not the left! I have been trying ever since to get the correct part. I have talked with 4 different customer service representatives and one Supervisor beginning in the first part of April until the present. Back in Oct 07 I was taken in be this companies sales story. I payed first of all £609 for them to sell for us. Promised a sale in 8-10 weeks. Feb 08 we were told that our timeshare was being bought by a company called Full Circle as this was the easiest way for them to make a sale, we paid a further £965 for legal fees. It is my job to try new products for a group. I received a piece of facial exercise equipment. There is a place to call so you can get a replacement piece.
