In December 2006 we purchased a pair of Nike Shocks for AUD$120 from Footlocker in Eastgardens, NSW Australia. Already one of the shocks has separated from the sole of the shoe. Upon examination it is obvious the shocks are just glued on, which shows shoddy, cheap manufacturing - not the quality you would expect for $120 shoes. I have written and emailed about this many times but the owner Marc Cheesman he will not acknowledge letters or emails. I have contacted my credit card company and they have sent a letter but this does not seem to have done any good. I took my Taurus in for repair because the front end was shaking. I discovered that there is a recall on defective springs which were broken and replaced for free, however, after a $200 repair on defective sway bars. I was then informed that I have the exact same problem on both rear tires. Defective springs and sway bars that need replaced for $750. Had some BZBOY ram go bad. Their gaurantee is worthless as the replacement ram is not gauranteed to work as noted in their email below. ABSA VF Consultant Jackie has been contacting me in an average of 4 times a day demanding payment, which i have already made and faxed and e-mailed the confirmation to ABSA. She is rude, she shouts, threatens to take my car and is generally unpleasant and requires training if she is to deal with clients. She hangs up while you try to explain yourself, she harasses you. First Tennessee Bank has signature cards on file for all of its customers, yet the bank will cash fraudulent checks. I am a victim of this banks lack of responsibility and concern for its customers, and I know of others who are also victims. If checks are stolen or mailed to the wrong address, and crooks decide to have a celebration at the dustomers expense, First TN does not refund your money. This is wrong.
