This company charges $99.00 per hr. to send a tech to your house to fix/troubleshoot computer problems. On 2/4, a tech came tomy house. Spent 1 3/4 hrs. trying to correct networking problem. The Arrow Hotel is partially owned by R J and Ann Thomas. There has been an excellent restaurant and bar affilliated with the Hotel but has been taken over by Ann Thomas. This was a very hostle takeover and the restaurant owner was closed out of his business by Ann Thomas. Fried my hair during a color. During my coloring another girl was leaving after another stylist fried her hair. It was coming out at the base. My color is orange and not brown, they had to cut off a bunch of damage. She told me the frizz was normal and my hair was just stressed. Leave conditioner in for an hour and use hotoil. My family and I ate at this restaurant on Sat 2/10/07. We had always heard that they had great food. Wait was about 45 min. Not a problem. Was seated neat a party of 20 who had also just been seated. York Carpet Cleaners very friendly but totally unreliable Changed agreed time several times, picked up carpets brought them back, on the wrong date, and they looked as if all that was done was a good vacuuming. I had my first experience with Certigy when I was totally humilliated at a Walgren store. When my check was declined, I made them let me call Certigy and made everyone in the store wait while they asked all the confirming information and still would not clear my check. I was told my check writing habits alerted them and there was nothing negative to make them decline my check.
