I repeatedly asked the person I was talking to on the phone that this would be the only charge and that I could cancel within 30 days. The entire Delta Skymiles program is based on trickery and deceit. JTV provides no tracking numbers, but simply sends jewelry through the Postal Service as if they're mailing a letter! I ordered a ring, which has not arrived after nearly 2 weeks. When I called, I was told that I have to wait 21 days to file a claim, and then wait for the paperwork to be processed BEFORE my refund. There can be no replacement because the ring is sold out. Even though our regular letter carrier is on vacation and mail is being delivered incorrectly, JTV so-called Customer Service will NOT do anything on my behalf until the 21 days when we START filing the claims. This is an online lending company that promises loans to individuals with bad credit. I stupidly applied for a loan to this company and they called to tell me that my application had been accepted. I also plan to file reports with as many consumer protection agencies as I can and I URGE all of you that have had a problem with this company to do the same. Great American Roofs came to my home and promised to repair my roof two months ago. I spoke with their salesman and provided him with all of my information, which included a work order and a contract. Customer service at its poorest, paid for a phone line for 6 months that had no dial tone. Called them to say that we had no dial tone for them to come out and fix it. When they showed up they dialed the phone number they were coming to fix and, obviously, got no answer so they LEFT! the records showed that we were not home, after i had taken the day off from work to sit at home and wait for them!
