I am very upset and will like somebody to take a look at the way you are dealing with this so call timeshares that at time of sale they promise you that you can book any time anywhere and in realty is no true. I had made a reservation for two units for March 28 over the phone while I was at work and could not stay on the line until it was all done. I told Lilli to book me for 2 units and gave her my card number to charge for the fees and told her to call me back which she never did or send me a confirmation to my e-mail address which I have not receive yet. I call back to verify that everything was done and to find out that she made 2 separate reservation one for 3/28 and the other for 4/6. We are planning to go 6 of us and are going at the same time and cant not go on 4/6 because kids are back to school. Tried getting your no help reservation number and explained what the other rep had done and all he could say its that you are all booked up. How do you expect to get good word of mouth when situations like this happens. I was very happy with my membership until now. You have beautiful places, but you are just overselling and the inventory is running out. I will like for some one to accommodate me with another 1 unit for 3/28 so all can go, they are not even able to give me a bigger unit even if I have to pay extra (which was also stated at time of sale that we could upgrade and that is not happing either). I have like 10 extra weeks given when we purchase our contract but that its only for when you can give them. Working people have to travel on school vacations or when employer gives you the time, but apparently this timeshares are just becoming a joke or should I say fraudulent. All I am asking is for someone to look into this because I feel that it was not my fault that my two units were booked at different dates since I specifically told the rep that we were traveling all together on the same week. I hope this does not go to the neverland pile of complaints. All I am asking is to find me another unit for the same week of 3/28 and I will be happy. My ID #167601.
