When I tried to access it, I was told that there was a problem with my spam filter (I had just successfully downloaded a different pattern with the same company), and I should email proof of payment to a supplied address. My experience is they were supposed to only charge my debit card $1.95 and they would send me an information (cd) on the grant info. Instead I was charged $57.61 and 38.21 for some Turbo-IRS-Taxes.com that I have never heard of or used. The airline "zeroed" and canceled the second flight on a round trip ticket I purchased because I apparently did not show up for my first flight when indeed I did and I had a boarding pass to prove it. I ended up calling the 1-800 customer service line to talk to very rude agents in India who denied that I ever boarded the plane. After spending hours on the phone, I had to drive all the way to the airport to talk to an agent in person who finally admitted that the airline made a mistake. I have taken a Reliance Card internet service and they promise 3.1MBPS. But it is not true. Very rarely we get the download speed up to 200KBPS otherwise it is just 50 to 60 or 70KBPS only. Bought my son a steak sandwich from Longhorn Charcoal Pit in Sunnyvale, CA. The steak had a large, thick piece of glass embedded in it. My son chipped a tooth on it. Manager of Longhorn assures us he cuts the meat himself, thus there is no way there was glass in it. There was and I have the piece of glass and chipped tooth to show for it. Manager refuses my request to refund the cost of the meal and pay dental bill for tooth repair. This is pretty serious, as anyone could have gotten the glass and possibly swallowed it!
