Fido has been a disappointment from the start. Their fees have increased without notice, services are extremely difficult to access and only pre-authorized payments are allowed on a pay as you go program (unless you are prepare to pay every month on a fix date with the threat of being discontinued every time). I paid my bill off in two installations. The total bill was approximately 1200.00. My second payment was received by Pier 1 on july 2, 2009. It was mailed before the due date . A couple years ago my husband and I capped in a rate for oil. When that expired in June, I called SCASCO and told them to take me off automatic oil delivery until I was able to cap in a rate a few months later. About 2 weeks later we got oil delivered. It was advertised for Sunday, but the fleet manager extended the offer to me in writing (by email) while I got a cash down payment and loan approval from my credit union. I dont normally buy meat at Market Basket but the last 2 times I have, the meat has had a funky smell and was gray on the inside. Both times I bought hamburg at the Woodbury Ave Market Basket in Portsmouth, NH. I guess this just goes to show that even though they have good prices, they dont have good meat. Someone out there has been charging his or her stuff on my credit card beginning of April this year until my reason statement. I phone the credit card company to changed my number and to close the one that was charge. Unfortunately, the recent statement received yesterday, Sept. 1st showed the same charges with three others. Two months in a row now MNI Credit Reporting Services has been charging an OLD Visa account number held with Bank of America in my name for services. The card number was changed three months before the first transaction so I'm not sure how the company gained access to my OLD accout number. 3 times in consecutive days in June 2008 there were charges of $12.95 and now 2 times in the same day of July 2008 for $12.95 each. I preordered a spiral cut ham of 15-17 lbs and was told it would be $74 with my coupon. On the 24th of Dec. I waited in line for the usual 30 minutes to get up to the counter. They gave me a 17 lb. On December 5, 206 our Maytag Neptune washer started a fire in our home. We have an Engineer's report stating that the cause of the fire was the Maytag Neptune washer. Maytag has shown no interest in settling this matter, says that there is no proof, but refuses to participate in studying the washer.
