Contracted this company for $1850, paid down half but after items were picked up, the company charged my credit card for an amount in excess of $2600 claiming that they moved more than contracted without my authorization. On August 30th 2009 I posted a complaint about First Amerigo, a loan company research provider that spent over a month processing my loan application, with no results. Apparently due to my “geographical location”, First Amerigo service agent research efforts were hindered. I was pleasantly surprised to be contacted by First Amerigo and informed I would be receiving a full refund, although their service agreement with me implies no such guarantees. There seems to be hundreds of complaints about this company, Great Fun, TLC, revolving around the same subject: unauthorized charges to credit cards. Ditto for me--twice. My room-mate tried to talk with Vanderbilt and was treated like a sub-class person. I tried to talk to Vanderbilt and explain all of the economical disasters that had occurred to us in last 6 months. I have complained about the product Aquaguard Robot for not taking in the water in to the tank 2 weeks before. Also, calling them twice or thrice daily for them to attend the complaint. I called tech support for a 2 year old Photosmart printer. You have to use the special ink cartridges that came with the printer the first time you use it. I lost them. This website sells cheap electronics (specifically cell phone chargers & accessories) made in China that do not work. Most products, such as car chargers and wall chargers sell for under $10 (including shipping!) and just simply don't work. Consumers then have 48 hours to report their product "damaged" and even then are 100% responsible for shipping the item back for a refund. Had the worst time with Kwiatkowski Plumbing. I called them to clean a clogged sewer. The plumber they sent told us it couldn’t be cleaned out and needed replaced at a super high price! Do not, no matter how tempting, ever buy a computer from this company. The company is a third party that resell systems that are actually manufactured by other companies. Primarily MSI and the like. Their customer service is all but non-existent, and they provide absolutely no service whatsoever for system drivers - for the systems that they "build."
