This company is a fraud and is really based out of Port Orange Florida. 3830 South Nova Road Port Orange, FL 32127. Are they licensed to do timeshare resale in Florida? Why do they spend so much money on saying they are at an Atlanta PO Box rather than just having their real address and real phone numbers available? I ordered a new TiVO DVR Monday, 12/10/07. It was delivered Friday, 12/14/07. They even threw in a free wireless connection. Although I have been able t connect two wireless laptops to my network, and TiVO was able to see my network, it was unable to connect. When I called customer tech support I was told to call the modem and/or router manufacturer for support or use ethernet or phone connection. I am one of the thousands of unsuspecting customers that signed up for Seattle Coffee's $9.00 promotion for 2-12oz. bags of coffee beans and a Cuisinart Coffee Grinder. I attempted to return an item which was the incorrect one due to seller error. I ended up paying $10 for shipping to and from the seller's address because they rejected the shipment. Valorebooks did refund me my money, but did not do anything to recover the shipping expenses I wasted from the seller. It's quite simple. This so-called company is a total FRAUD & SCAM. They claim to sell items like anyone else on the internet. Take payments by all the normal methods but the only difference is once they collect your money they NEVER ship you anything. They conveniently have no phone number listed or available anywhere. This Company is advertising a low price cameras but in bare bone version - no chargers no batteries etc. They offer the chargers for 199USD. But what is more important and harmful they changed the specification of ordered items. My wife ordered Nikon 18-200 VR lenses, we received for Father day Sigma 18/200 Lense- a low rated one, if compared to Nikon original. I placed an order online on 12/8/08 for 3 items for Christmas. After approx. 1-1/2 weeks I called customer service to ask about possible ship dates. I was informed that they were "swamped" with orders but that shipping had assured them that all order would ship to arrive by Christmas. Approx 5 days later I called again. Same answer. The company was to charge me $25.00 for a new customer order. Than it was to be $38.95 twice a month. First order was place on May 29, 2009 they charge my card $25.00 and $38.95. Than on June 1, 2009 two more charges of $38.95 and $38.95. They did not ship the orders just charged the account. TraderXP is very good in asking for your money. But when you want to withdraw they delay and try to stall the payment. I have proof to show that my withdrawal took more than one month (but deposit takes a few hours by credit card). Whirlpool set up a repair apt for me with A &E to have my refrigerator repaired. They told me I have a service fee which was $98 which would be applied to repairs and deducted if I decided to do them. The man came and said I was NOT under warranty gave me a huge estimate and said he didn't have the part anyway it would have to be ordered. I bought a brand new computer in April with Vista and it crashes ALL THE TIME. The monitor just goes out and the cap button doesn't work half the time. Got a new monitor...didn't fix it. Had Best Buy, where I bought it, run a diagnostic, didn't find any problems. Re-installed everything...didn't fix it. Read some other message boards and saw that others had the same problem. I wanted to try a trial offer of the whitener so I ordered it with a s/h fee of 4.95. A month later my card was charged $39.95 for something I did not order and do not want-I also did not recieve anything in the mail to be charged for. Trinity Custom Homes cares nothing about the customerS nor the subcontractors that work for them. They are forcing me to file labor liens on houses that I have provided labor on. Jerry Bobak has called me a smart-ass for inquiring about a labor bill that wasn't paid. He, by the way is one of the owners along with Calvin Walling. I went to a breeders site which is NOW called BulldogsRUs. I asked if they sold mini english bulldogs. We have heard about this type of breed they are smaller than the regular english bulldogs which are 50-60lbs male and 40-50lbs for female give or take a little. I booked our honeymoon in Aruba and decided to stay in the tradewind section of the Mariott. When I arriving we explained that we were on our honeymoon and would like a quiet room. I went to a lunch buffet today at the location off of Carmel Road, and I have to say it was the nastiness place I have been too.
