On November 28 our Visa Credit Card was charged TWICE for $119.95 by DRI*KASPERSKY.COM. This was a fraudulent charge in that we did not order anything from this company. On Nov. 24, 2009 my father had a plumbing emergency in his building and called Drain Rescue to help resolve his problem. My father is 87 years old and speaks broken English. The technician arrived and quoted a $4800 estimate to replace 30 ft. of cast iron pipe with newer pipe along with some new ABS drainpipe. My car was involved in an accident, the insurance company claims it is totaled and at a value of half of what it actually is(truck with my correct milage is listed on kbb and nada and other sites as being 8500, loan value is 7800, and retail value is 7200; universal casualty company quoted me a price of 4000 and that is not including the 15% they get to keep" . Brighthouse has been adding $20 collection fee in addition to late fees to my bill. My monthly bill is $20.99 plus tax so they are charging 100% interest in additin to the late fees. They do NOTHING to collect this $20 other than put it on my bill so I believe this COLLECTION FEE is unfair and a RIPOFF to me. There are two numbers I've tried (866)-408-4016 and (800)720-4420. The easiest is to close the credit card account that the automatic billing appears on. I was given a highchair as a gift before my child was born. By the time we used the highchair it had already been 6 months. When we opened the highchair, sides of the highchair was falling apart. Within two months of purchase, I had to take the phone to service centre for bad mic problem. Mobile was taken to second level repair. After a month again the joystick has started giving problem. After much deliberation I had chosen Nokia after listening to so many complaints from so many people, but I think i should have heard all these peoples.
