I signed a contract with a company called Creditel to process my customers credit cards. Creditel went bankrupt. Digital Financial Group took my account information from Credital and charged me $600 in what they called early termination fees without my authorization. Digital Financial Group had an A+ rating with the BBB before my complaint. I'd like to help folks understand that booking online for this hotel through Marriott.com can lead to a reservation that cannot be cancelled. While I expect that through travel consolidation sites such as Expedia or Travelocity, I did not expect that to happen when I booked directly through Marriott.com. When I called and asked for a reconsideration of this policy, both the hotel and a national supervisor refused. I will not book again with Marriott if I can help it. BigPoint's game Dark orbit gives an unfair advantage to some players costing other players money. I have complained about these obvious occerances many times. I have been told by bigpoint that it is imposible for these things that happen to occur. I submitted an order to try the teeth whiting product.Then called and cancelled any futher shipments as the product did not preform as advertized.I was assured that no futher shipments would be sent and no money would be withdrawn from account.I recieved another shipment, I refused the shipment on the same day and still the 99.99 was withdrawn from account causing overdraft fees to be addeed to my banking account. I have used this company once before and had an agreeable experience. Delivery was late, however flowers at least arrived. However this time I order Valentine's day flowers for my mom and for my husband's mom. The first order was delivered on time, however without the balloon that was added to the purchase. I moved home in march and notified all my credit card companies of my new address. I received a letter from SANTANDER CARDS informing me that i was being charged for a late payment! I phoned up SANTANDER CARDS to explain that i had informed them of the change and that the penalty they were charging me was unjustified. Following an offer for teeth whitening by Healthsmile, I was charged £9.45 plus £1.00 for a free offer. This company then passed my details on to other companies, ie Pristinehlth, Ultifreshwell & (todate) Wellbhealth. Each of these have taken money from my account. Calls you from random and uses tricky sales pitches to fool you into agreeing to a magazine subscription, that you cannot cancel. It also seems that they will continue to send you more magazines, even after the subscription period has ended. Rates could go up, duplicate accounts could be created.
