SegPay has taken monthly unauthorized debits of $39. 93 from my bank acct. They claimed that I purchased a prescription plan in January of 2009. I have medical insurance and my prescription are covered with only a $1.00 co pay. I would have NO reason to order a 40 dollar a month prescription plan. Segpay agreed to reimburse only the latest transaction, but not the previous transactions nor the additional processing fee they charged in the last transaction. I have getting unauthorized charges for "idprotect mntr svc". I have called the number provided on my charge card statement to no avail. I have sent an email to intelius.com requesting that the stop the charges and refund those already charged. No action was taken. Finally, I contacted my credit card company and the charges have been blocked and the previous charges refunded. My advice - contact your credit card company, not intelius.com! They obviously work on you not reading the fine print and cancelling within 15 days. Once you cancel, keep the emails etc and then approach your credit card if there are further debits as these will be illegal debits. I have purchased Duracell batteries in a 6 AA size batteries pack. The price of these batteries is more than 3 times as compared to normal batteries.
