After noticing that we were illegally charged 9.99 for 4 consecutive months, we discovered that after using an online flower delivery service, TLG FYE illegally obtained our debit card information from the flower service via a pop-up window and began charging us for a subscription we did not order. After some investigation, we further discovered that this company has a history of scamming people. SAI is the worst company that I have EVER dealt with! Their Customer support (or lack there of) is paramount to fraudulent! If you ever need to contact them with an issue you can expect between a 35-75 minute phone call and you will NOT get anywhere with it. The previous owner had foundation of my house was repaired 3 and a half years ago by Allied. When I purchased the house, I received the transferable warranty. I had a technician come to my house to look at some small interior cracks. Unfortunately, after he came we noticed a much bigger problem. I had my British passport being sent to me in spain with the visa for me to go to thailand inside. I had this sent by data post, the best sevice they could provide and garenteed delivery in 2 days. Parcel force have now lost my passport when it arrived in spain, on investigation it appears that they use the standard post sevice to deliver in spain and not the courier service which i paid for. We had bad experience Renting the Room from Sharmila H / Steve N Hirst. Everything is actually controlled by Steve and he is the one who runs the show. He does not do a rent Agreement which means you are not protected and have to leave when he says (with very less notice period). he does not switch on Heater in winter. I received a $10.46 charge on my phone bill for a collect call from Arizona. The thing is, I do not have a actual phone hooked up to this phone line (because everyone in the family uses cellular phones and all we get are telemarketers, so we unhooked the phone).
