Contracted for Gutters for Less to remove downs puts and gutters. They came charged me 1/3 and only removed gutters. They left the downspouts as well as pieces of metal in the yard. I gave several names as “references" and the company uses them as harassment tools and also violates my privacy by calling my references and in detail telling them why they are calling. I have a loan through prestige financial services and my loan was 2 days late. "Maria" has called all my references and in detail tells them she is calling regarding my car loan that is seriously late (2days). I ordered a keyless remote for my Honda CRV a month ago. My credit card was charged and I received an email that the product was mailed via USPS 1st Class. Nothing has been delivered. All attempts to phone them just get an answering machine stating "all of our techs are out of the office or assisting other customers" with no option to leave a message and with instructions to email them. Rickenbacher Group has reported charges to credit bureau concerning bogus charges on a car I owned over 15 years ago. This is a new fraud operation designed to extract money from victims by working with towing, storage facilities and credit bureaus. Rickenbacher has their clients to look on their lots for any cars they trace to the last owner and claim towing and storage charges which Rickenbacher will then report to credit bureaus. I have reported this to the Texas Attorney General to investigate and I suggest other victims do the same in their home states. Furniture 123 are still at their old tricks. I ordered a nest of tables on 14 June, for delivery in two weeks. Furniture 123 took the money from my account on the 16 June. I received a phone call from them telling me that they were waiting for new stock to come in and that the goods would be delived by the later part of July. I have tried to contact them several times by phone and email without success. I have now written to them giving them seven days to either deliver the goods or return my money otherwise I will be reporting them and their actions to Trading Standards. After calling the customer service I was told that by agreeing to something (she could not tell me what) that I had authorized the charge. Hello, We hired Gold Star to move our household goods including some packing. They significantly overcharged us. Of course, we were forced to pay, since they had everything we own in their possession. Because of the poor (arguably criminal) and suspicious behavior during the loading, we were careful to check for discrepancies in the packing inventory and weight. I contracted with America's Moving Services for my move from NY to FL. They sent CEH to handle my move. Ceh was very unprofessional. We had 33 items damaged and 2 items stolen (a flat screen tv and my tool box.) We have not been compensated by CEH for the stolen items nor have they paid the insurance claim for the damages.
