My daughter was booked to fly to Gatwick from Hamilton and was put on the WRONG PLANE. Despite her concern that she had been misboarded, the attendants checked her ticket 3 times, decided it was a clerical error and had her step aside so that others may board. I bought a bedroom set for my son on July 2008. I bought the extra insurance (guardsman). In the beginning of February the railing of the bedroom set broke. Those folks seem to lack any sense of consumer relations. After paying for a maintenance program online, I never received a license in key -- so I'm unable to use the product. My emails to "Support" requesting a key have been totally ignored. There seems to be no support available. Dell has charged back over $780.00 in deferred finance charges after the promotional period runs out when you still have a balance. Which you cannot pay-off through the normal payment options.
