Hi pals, as u all I too one of the worst sufferers of this idiotic company and stupid Laura. My problem is with both the car as well as the service. Bangalore Tafe access is no less . I opened a Care credit account last year 2005 to pay for dental work. The first 3 months I paid with no issues. Then the next statement I noticed a late fee. They had adjusted my due date. They did this 2 times. I called them the first time they stated they were going to take it off. NEVER DID> I called them again a few months later and they told me again I was late for the 2nd time. They are scamers and dont used Care credit. I closed my account and transfering the ballence to another card I can rely on. Wow and how do they stay in business. Their salesmen will lie directly to your face about the length of the contract. They will tell you there is no contract and that you can cancel at any time. When you do try and cancel, there is a contract and it is for 60 Months. If you want out of it, they will let you, but you have to pay 80% of the remaining balance. I have resigned on 11th of Feb 2008 and have declared 22nd Feb 2008 as my last working day. I was double charged by bp oil. Yes they resversed the charges after a couple of days but by then the dammage was done. the second time they put the charge through it caused me to be over drawn which caused a second item to bounce, costing me $76 in bank fees and now they tell me it will be 4-6 weeks before I get that money back. I've had this same experience with Amex twice within 6 months. I was with them since 1993 holding both the green standard card and the gold card. My Gold card had a line of credit of $23K with a balance of only $5K never a late payment. I cancelled the lousy green card in Fall 06. We bought this washer July 2009. When we began using it, it leaked water all over the floor causing a flood. The water leaks in several places underneath. Two separate phone calls to verify that Wheels and Caps had the wheels that I needed so that I could purchase the other necessary parts. Gave credit card number and received confirmation number of the sale. Then "oops" we don't have these tires. Salesmen proceeded to hang up on me (wimp) which resulted in a call to the supervisor for an explanation of their poor customer service and to make sure that my credit card number number was destroyed and charge was not made. They call to tell me that I owe them for a "loan" that was taken out a year ago. First of all, they will not tell me anything. When you ask for their company address they immediately hang up. They want all my information, and then when I wouldn't give it to them, they start telling me exactly why they are calling me, I haven't even given them any information. We use this company and have pretty bad experience similar to others here. Not much damages little things but nothing very bad. my main concerns center around different movers coming to pick us up than supposed to. I was told it was there truck to pick up my luggage and no such services happened. Nationwide moving services is a broker with maybe 1 truck but that truck was not picked me up!!
