I had raised a fault 2 weeks back about my frequent internet disconnection which was conveniently closed by the field engineers stating that they called up my phone number and got verification that the complaint no longer exits! The number they mentioned was bogus as I am not sure from where they have got that. I re-opened the complained and inspite of daily followup with their call center, things are as it is. They keep on promising that they will escalate the issue not nothing happens. Nobody even visited by house to check the problem. The company has been sending cigarettes to us, and all of a sudden they stopped coming, and they claim they can't refund our money because we need proof from the post office that we didn't get them. AAG purchased a 6 year old debt from Wells Fargo. The debt was last reported by Wells Fargo as $23, 779 in November 2009. As soon as AAG bought it, the debt suddenly jumped to $35, 810 in March 2010 and $37, 784 in May.
