When I recieved my order it arrived damaged. I immediately contacted Steve's blinds and was instructed to take pictures of the blinds and e-mail them to customer services. I forwarded the pictures and was told I would receive the replacement blinds. that was on April 27, 2010. I signed up for a credit card in July. I never received the credit card, and only received the first bill on 10/30/08. The bill included interest charges and two months worth of late fees. I completed the $1 trial a year ago and found they only had one store in my area and I did not shop their regularly. So I canceled. A month ago I signed back up and got charge $10 for a 8 week subscription. When I went to add a store (another $5) I was billed for $15 (3 stores) which added another 8 weeks to my subscription. This company is a FRAUD and has no idea how to treat customers. I have been trying to email and call them and they wont return any. I brought a down puffy DKNY white coat that I loved. When it was time to wash it I looked over the instructions and it said to machine wash. I followed the instructions completely. When it was done the coat smelled funny like wet feathers so I dried it some more. The coat is no longer puffy and it still smells bad. This was a waist of $99.99. I recently purchased a software package online via PayPal (Sep 21, 2009 $40.93) and have several complaints regarding the transaction. 1) I was overcharged. I have my account in the airtel call home where I can call India. Since the first day, the website doesn't work properly. It nearly took me 3 hrs just to log in. On June 14th thru 19th our company used this bus service to go from Kansas City to Dallas and Forth Worth Texas, There were many, many things wrong with the bus. For example, the tiolet did not flush, the air conditioning system did not work, only in the early hours but in the heat of the day the air unit went out. There is no such thing as a perfect product but one of the best on the market is Kingsdown. I notice people keep saying they call Kingsdown. Weather you buy a bed sofa or tv you don't call the manufacturer, you call the retailer. In the last 6 years Kingsdown has sold 700, ooo sets of bedding(to NYC retailers) and I see a very small handfull of complaints. I had a credit note worth $125 from Fairweather since i returned a purchase. I misplaced this note and now fairweather refuses to issue me a duplicate. i am willing to show proof of purchase through my credit card by which they can pull up the record of the certificate on their records. but they refuse to help point blank! Our 4 year old Fisher Paykel wall oven has been nothing but trouble. The cleaning cycle let the oven get so hot that it set off the smoke detector, exterior burned my hand while trying to turn it off, and burned the electronics so bad that it shut off the oven and left the door locked. Once the oven cooled it would not come on, nor can we open the oven. Fisher Paykel will not reply other than to say it is out of warranty. A $ 2500.00 oven lasts 4 years and nearly catches our home on fire from the cleaning cycle set by the factroy. We are persuing legal action, Others should as well. read full review »
