I had a credit note worth $125 from Fairweather since i returned a purchase. I misplaced this note and now fairweather refuses to issue me a duplicate. i am willing to show proof of purchase through my credit card by which they can pull up the record of the certificate on their records. but they refuse to help point blank! I find that unbelievable and very unreasonable. the lady i spoke to said that when they scan the credit note they can see a record showing that it is a credit. however, if i loose the credit note they treat it as a purchase that was made and thats it. this is unethical and terrible customer service! read full review »

Our 4 year old Fisher Paykel wall oven has been nothing but trouble. The cleaning cycle let the oven get so hot that it set off the smoke detector, exterior burned my hand while trying to turn it off, and burned the electronics so bad that it shut off the oven and left the door locked. Once the oven cooled it would not come on, nor can we open the oven. Fisher Paykel will not reply other than to say it is out of warranty. A $ 2500.00 oven lasts 4 years and nearly catches our home on fire from the cleaning cycle set by the factroy. We are persuing legal action, Others should as well. read full review »

I have been trying to resolve an issue with Choosedirect over a hottub that I ordered in November 2009. I was originally told that the hot tub would arrive 8-11 weeks later meaning in February. In February, I sent an email asking when the tub would be shipped. I have requested for a contract transfer on last week and the official at koramangala outlet told me that transfer will be done with 72 working hours and collected all the documents needed. Target National Bank is the worst. Month after month they reduce my credit limit. Pay off a thousand they reduce it to 20 dollars above limit without any notice or explanation.
