A person who was covered by permanent general hit my vehicle while it was parked out in front of my house. The insurance Co totaled the vehicle and sent me the paper work and had me send them the title. within three days they picked up the vehicle and took the rental without paying me. I have called for two weeks now and they will not return my calls. This is very bad way to conduct business. Guess lawyers will have to get involved, and they say unwarranted law suits are the blame for high insurance cost. We bought an extra firm mattress in March of 2007. We got in touch with the store and told them we were developing an indent in the mattress. A technician came and looked at the mattress. He told us that the indents were only 1 inch and they have to be 1 and 1/2 inch deep before they will do anything. $100 rebate scam. After filling out the long applications and submitting the "original" UPC barcode label, they send an email indicating it is denied because the bar code was not sent in. Shop NBC is no help. Their copy of the documentation submittal shows the bar code but there is no phone number where to call.
