April 29, 2010 we downsized a beautiful caddy to a sweet little 92 Pontiac Bonnieville. Traded even up. July 27, the cradle for the motor broke while driving and the motor fell out. They offered us a car with the front end tied up with a rope, and more, I refused. I receive phone calls daily at work from lighthouse recovery. They are harrassing me, threatening me, asking for my supervisor and the H.R. department where I work. they threaten to sue me and garnish my wages before taxes. I am sending them a verification letter by certified mail. i do not know how much i supposedly owe them or from whom. I recently bought 2 bottles of coke and recieved a free coke glass when i got home i gave my five year old son a drink in the glass nd the glass shattered in his hand cutting his finger. I then had to take my son 2 days later to primecare as it was swollen and very red, they told me his finger was infected and he has to take antibiotics for seven days. Napster has the most difficult if not impossible automated voice system I have ever encountered. Two months ago I spent over 500 dollars at this store, already 2 pairs of pants have been repaired, one with the hem missing and the other with the hem missing and the rear coming apart. I worked from SDP from early 2000 until late 2002, and was treated like an idiot the entire time. Haltrex systems seem to have a modus operandi whereby they phone small businesses and lure them into trying their service. They deal in PC ink cartridges which turn out to be more expensive than most retailers will charge which also last for a very short time!
