On May 11, 2009 I placed an order thru Boatfix.com for some docklines, with a value of $100.51 and facilitated them my credit card thru their website. Eventhough I found later that the items I had ordered turned out to be on backorder with no clear date of shipping, Boatfix.com proceeded to post the full charge on my card at the time of purchase. I am so disgusted by the lack of service I'm getting from the department of home affairs. In February 2009 I went to a Sasolburg branch to apply for a new ID to rectify the date of birth. I ordered a dress weeks ago. When it didn't show up, I contacted the company. The representative, Shennea, told me that they failed to tell me the dress was out of stock. She had a different dress that she could send me instead. When I told her the date I needed the dress by, she said she couldn't get it to me in time. This person/company would not allow me to make revisions to my designs of my satisfaction for 3 of the designs that I purchased. And on one brochure design they allowed me NO REVISIONS AT ALL. Autoquest was selling a 2007 Porsche Targa via Ebay. The AutoCheck report with the car showed no accidents. However, I purchased a CarFax for the car and it showed there had been an accident and airbag deployment in 2007 which AutoCheck did not report. I had been told by others to always do a CarFax because autocheck was incomplete. I contacted the car dealership and they said "oh, this isn't good". They seemed surprised but my belief is they could tell the cart had been repaired. I had given them my debit card number to pay for (shipping only) on a sample product. I have tried, unsuccessfully, to reach them by phone and emails. I also got the e-mail saying all was confirmed, etc...this was June 16th...still nothing from them. 1. Without discussing with me, the company charged $500 extra for packing materials. When I asked them why I was charged for this, they said it's because they gave me a low price quote to begin with, and they have to charge me more to compensate. This is fraud. 2. Comerica Bank has the same policies in place for checking accounts as Wells Fargo. Recently there was a Federal Judge that awarded Wells Fargo customers over 200 million dollars from unfair trade practices. I purchased a scooter from Sunny Sports/Scooter Depot. I have had nothing but problems with it since I received it (later than promised). First, I paid extra to have it delivered with a lift truck but it came with one driver and no lift so I had to find someone to help the driver unload it. I bought an item which failed at day one. Send in for repair under warranty period, they failed to fix it. Asked to refund in full, yet they rejected. At the end, I had to get the authority to issue "court order", then only they refund partially. Bad customer service still and refund only at the last minute. June 2, 2008, I went to a Brake Team business at 1134 82nd Ave., Portland, OR 97216 to get their $99.00 brake special. Within an hour they told me my rotor's were shot and who ever did the last brake job didn't know what they were doing.
