Website ordering is very misleading and confusing. I didn't want the vacuum but accidentally ordered it. I immediately followed their posted procedures to cancel it, but it was sent to me anyway. When I phoned customer service to discuss this, they said there would be no refund for the vacuum because it was "Free" and all I paid was shipping of $12.95. They were rude and unhelpful. Received UGG boots that are obvious rip-off and having a hard time returning the product. Imagine opening your freshly delivered box of 2 pairs of Ugg boots only to be hit with a smell of a tire factory. In a matter of 15 minutes the entire room smelled like rubber. I puchased the plans for an electromagentic generator for $49. I cannot fully understand how to build the product because it does not explain any of the steps. I initially purchased a vehicle from them in 2004 when they operated out of a trailer. Despite their 118 point inspection service advertised on their web site, my vehicles battery wasn't connected and kept stalling. Then the radio went. I believe Ocwen bank overcharged me thousands of dollars in junk fees, overcharging for escrow, and interest. They refuse to verify charges and then allegedly you are behind and during the request for account information. they allegedly assigned the loan to LaSalle Bank trustees of a 1998 R-1 pass-through certificate.(what ever that is, some kind of security). I called the company to see about a refund but they did not even want to listen to my situation and just told me that it was not their problem.
