Received UGG boots that are obvious rip-off and having a hard time returning the product.

Be persistant... you will only be able to transact via email to chinese companies, so each email back and forth takes at least 24 hours. Also notify the credit card company that you are trying to solve the issue but having difficulty. The CC company willl want you to try resolving the issue before you they reverse charges. Save all of your email transactions and provide to the credit card company if they do not take back the product.
