I would like to file a complaint against 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty. My A/C unit stopped working on 6/23/09, I filed a claim on the same day. I ordered a dress from Delias online on 3-5-10 which was supposed to arrive within 10 days. The dress was for my best friends wedding on May 29 so I figured I'd have plenty of time to get it in. I soon got an email saying it was backordered until 4/1. After that date passed I was then told it wouldn't be in until 4/28. Now I am continously getting the run around about when it "may" arrive. I doubt the dress will be even be in before the date it is needed. It would have been nice to have been notifed about this in time to find something else. Showed up AT LEAST an hour and half late each time I saw them. I just had them come out to install a small part which I already had, into my garage door opener motor and after arriving over an hour late they told me that I absolutely had to have another part replaced, which I found out later did not have to be replaced at all. Avoid this place! I placed an order and got confirmation for shipping via USPS. Shipment never arrived and when I looked it up on the USPS website it said only the "info" TO ship was received. I bought a diamond ring 2 days before Christmas for about $2500. I going to put it on my credit card but was sold their 90 day same as cash credit card deal. Approval took about 5 minutes as my credit is excellent. I paid off $1000 in January. $1000 in Febuary. And the ballance in March. With that apyment schedule I received a late payment penalty of $39 on a minimum payment due of $37 and a negative credit report.
