I just viewed a charge on my Century Link Phone bill for 14.95 which I did not authorize. This was incurred on October 19, 2010. I have no clue what it is for or why I was billed for this. I didn't authorize any charges to be on my phone bill. I will be calling them tomorrow, however I felt I should fill out this complaint form in case I do not get results.
