This company is fraudulent! I was contacted by someone who expressed a KEEN interest in an item I was selling on craigslist. Before even seeing the item (a wheelchair lift) or haggling on the price they had this fake shipping company contact me to pick up the lift. The "buyer" agrees to make their payment to Paypal saying that Paypal would then pass the funds along to me within a few days. They have made multiple and continuing errors in filing my billing claims (I am a psychologist). Some claims are paid, many are not. When I call to try and straighten out problems, my call is sent to a foreign call center (various countries), with resulting difficulties in mutual language comprehension plus the foreign service reps are not able to take any questions that aren't on their "menu". I don't think it should be legal for a healthcare insurance company to use a foreign call center because of the complex nature of questions to be understand and addressed. My wife and I went to the movies at a regal theater in Tukwila, Washington on Nov-22-2004. We had to stand in the rain for 30 minutes because there was only one ticket agent. Then I had to stand in line for 20 minutes to buy popcorn and miss some of the movie because there was only one concession stand agent. Then when I got back to the movie, I froze half to deaf because the heat was turned off. At least it felt like it. Called to have 1 deadbolt installed, 1 deadbolt replaced, keys the same for the new deadbolts and to have one deadboat fixed. Was rushing and was told the deadboats would be $195 and $145. I put up a laaway and paid fee and then made a payment two weeks later because I really wanted merchandise . I mistakenly looked at the wrong pick up date however caught it a day late. In April, we received an unsolicited order for receipt paper that we use in our cash register. The order consisted of 5 boxes of paper, which cost us 431.45.
