My account was transfer from Chase Bank to IBM Lender Business Process Services this year. I went from Bad to worst as far as customer service and overall treatment receive. In September 2010 my husband and I put a $2K deposit on a 2008 Toyota Camry at this dealership. We requested a CarFax report on the vehicle and the dealership (General Sales Manager Marty Hall/Salesman J. Bryan Bernardo) said they would fax it to my work the following morning, which they did. I have been a Sears customer for over 30 years. Their service repair departement has been out twice to fix my dryer and the dryer is still not repaired. The first technician came out on 1-23-09 and was over two hours late. He said he fixed the dryer. It worked one cycle and stopped. I had to call again on 1-24-09 and I was scheduled again on 2-2-09. We booked a room in Vernal, UT (the Landmark Inn - an excellent hotel/motel) several weeks before our trip. Our credit card was charged 131.98 including tax for one night. When we arrived at the hotel their sign advertised rooms at $65 single. The account that we were handed by the hotel was for $92.96 including tax for the room. I just received a bill from Dressbarn for 122.62. To my knowledge I paid this account in full within 30 days of my last purchase. The bill I received stated that I owed 100. and that I was being charged a late fee of 20. plus the interest on the balance. I attempted to access my account online to find out what was going on.
