The Dental office at 4701 N. Cumberland ave in Norridge, IL has no compassion towards their patients. All they are after is "their money". I have never heard of such unproffesional manners. I kept asking what company he was calling for and he got very upset and said if I did not want to listen to what he said, he was going to send the police to my work (he had the address) and have me arrested. My uncle received a charge on his credit card for 139.99 from buyers advantage. He did not authorize this. He does not know who they are and what this is all about. He called his card company and all they could do is give him a phone number. Now I am trying to get this charge off of his account. I am a student at Cal Poly Pomona. I am unhappy because the course requirements listed as 24 units to complete the program. However, They added 6 more units after any student got accepted. I wish they disclose all the required courses at the beginning so students can make a better decision whether to attend there or at other institutions. The lack of service is incredible. I'm a loyal Guitar Center customer and have spent thousands of dollars there over the years. I dropped a guitar off over a month ago. I obtained a membership with Gevalia last year. I had heard good things and liked their product. Last month they decided to ship me 4 lbs of coffee without authorizing it and charged me $39.95. This charge caused my account to be overdrawn, my rent check and another check was returned NSF and I accumulated over $200.00 in fees. I contacted Gevalia and they returned the $39.95 and $25.00 for fees. The are refusing to correct this matter. I would encourage everyone I know to find another source of coffee.
