I responded to a video for a free trial for Acai weight loss pills. I was told I only had to pay $3.95 for shipping and handling. My credit card company called and asked if I had authorized a charge for $3.95 from Swiss Science. As I was not there to receive the call, I told my sister that I knew about the $3.95 charge and it was alright. I received the box with the products and a packing slip, but no invoice. This company guaranteed that they were a stockist of 100% genuine links of London, so placed an order with them. Received order 2 weeks later, faulty goods, poor quality of some of the order. 2 charms badly marked, terrible quality demanded refund of those 2 items, they eventually agreed to refund for the 2 charms buit said it would take 20 - 30 days to show up on my statement. Lingo will not refund money that they continue to charge me even after cancelling. I finally had to cancel my bank card to get them to stop charging. When I call they say I never cancelled (3 times) and finally agree to refund. I never get the refund and get yet another bill for services never rendered. I never even got their equipment! Everytime I call them the call is somehow magically disconnected right before they finish the refund and so I have to call back and fight all over again. I ordered an electronic device (a wireless video recorder/receiver) in July from them after one of their online "salespeople" assured me twice that it came with two cameras. I purchase one ring tone to my phone, which I never received by paid for via credit card. No one at Ringotone will reply to my email even though the acknowledge receipt and tell me via email that someone will call immediately. When none of their promises were not forthcoming and they could neither refund my money nor release the domain name, I got another domain name and registered with another web host - Voda Host. If you have ever purchased a product through this company then I STRONGLY advise you to check the advise you were given with the product provider. In particular check the fee structure is as advised and the terms and conditions. If you havent purchased through them then my advise is don't. Avoid them like the plague. I have been a contract technician for Barrister Global Services Network for 11 months.
