We have a purchase on our bank statement that we did not approve and are not a where of the reason for the charge. What recourse do we have.

This charge for$29.95 showed up on my bank statement. Fortunately the bank had not charged me and it was a pending transaction. I have NEVER ordered anything from this company and I have NEVER even heard of their products. THIS IS TOTALLY FRAUDULENT.
