I went to David Kleiman after hearing advertising that was completely false. The advertising said a price that was at least half of what they wanted from me after going there for an exam. There is nothing special about the lasik I need and they are complete liars, yes Dr. David Kleiman is a liar. Ok my service with the city of fresno was disconnected on july 12, 2010. So i get a bill this month saying they are still charging me even tho i have no service what so ever!!! My AT&T bill has been charged with a 10.66 per month charge from GeneralTexting LLC. The company keeps showing up even after cancelling them numerous times. AT&T removes the charges and cancels the subscriptions to no avail. Var Tec Telecom or 10-10-811 has been ripping off my 94 year old mom for months charging $8.30 for a one minute call to California that costs 0.42 they charge a minimum usage fee and other taxes that adds up to over $8.00!!.
