Claremont VW and VWSA have sold me a brand new car that started rusting from 4 weekd after taking delivery. Since then, the car has been back approx. 7 times for rust repairs/body work issues and general bad quality of workmanship. It has reached the point now where they "repaird" body work issues, but they have completely stuffed up the boot. It no longer aligns with the body and sets the alarm off at random times. Claremont VW and VWSA now refuse to rectify the damage they have done and refuse to return my calls or even speak to me. My daughter received this in the mail. CCS had no problem taking the money out of our account. I did everything I was told to do by a Bob. Today I call in and speak with Adam (who is supposedly supervision) and he informs me that Bob is too busy to speak with me and now he tells me I did not return the package in the correct way. They received it but now state that I did not get a refund number. So it will not be refunded. This should be against the law for a company like this to operate. I have been installing low energy recessed ceiling lights (spot type) on an attrition basis for a few years. It appears that light manufactured by Feit Electric (bought at Home Depot) have a very short life... Lately, I have been collecting the failed bulbs and they continue to fail while original, incandescent bulbs are still operating... they are supposed to have longer life, not shorter. Bought a 5 yr. prot. plan for new couch in Feb. 2005. Stitching has come undone in cushion on which your back rests. Placed claim today 2-4-09 and they denied it, stitching is not covered. Went to Jerome's for help, they basically told me I was SOL, despite me acting like a customer first with a 'sales guy' and when I questioned him on if the warranty covered stitching, he asked a co-worker who said it was. I just came in from discovering more leaks in the plumbing of my spa. My tub has had one problem or another for more than 50% of the time. Before this spa I owned one from Home Depot that worked without a problem for 13 years. It actually moved with us 2 times. From day one my PDC Spa has been a nightmare. I purchase their Regdefense registry cleaner software this morning and used it and it crashed my whole computer to the point of no return. System Restore wouldn't even work. It acted just like a virus by wiping out all windows programs by making them into shortcuts that lost their original programs. All DLL files were wiped out. I charged gas on my debit card. I charged $20.00 and my total came to $11.00 and some change. The cashier (Jon) said that the rest of my money would go back to my card. I went to Village Inn with my brother and a friend. I ordered the chicken with mashed potatoes. We were eating and having a fund time but when I went to eat the chicken, it was ice cold. They have a stupid phone banking system, which couldn't identify my account that i keyed in as per the IVR instructions. They advertise "24 hour customer service" but the there was no option provided by IVR to speak to a representative.
