I asked Whirlpool for replacement part for my range/stove and was informed that it would cost me $484.00 plus $69 for special handling. This is blackmail and highway robbery combined. They gave me a clear message that they do not want to support spare part end of their business and now I have no choice but to buy from a non-American company that honors their obligation properly. And this is not the only such incident with our Whirlpool products. Previously we have had problems with their washers and dryers and received shoddy response from them. Prescription Solutions took advantage of the government policy of not allowed to return any prescription by charging any amount they would like. The consume has no choice but pay the bill. I have disputed the extra charge on the prescription, got a verbal agreement to readjust the charge and later got denied that there is no such agreement. I authorized a one time charge of $4.95 on my debit card. Since then they have charged $48.01 on my debit card on 6/22/09 and again for $48.01 on 7/21/2009. I totally agree with the dissatisfied customers below. I placed an order in Nov. (@$99 with $5.95 shipping) and checked ship as complete. Four weeks went by and no order. I made contact with them and was told my order was being held up by one item. I said to release the other items so I would have by Christmas. I keep getting messages on my answering machine from a Bob Cooper saying he is the chief investigator in a lawsuit fiked against me and my social secuirty number. I traced his number 412-573-4428 to a land line in Verona Pa but there is no name or agency associated with the number. This company offered a pdf editor that does not work. It crashes every time you try to edit a pdf. There was supposed to be a 7 day trial. I canceled the "membership" within 7 minutes. They have only a helpdesk ticket system where you can submit complaints. They hem and haw and won't cancel the account. I recently purchased my Nu Wave Oven on line in 8/2010. I have used it about 8 times. About the 3rd time, a loud noise started coming from the vent like the sound of a fan about to shut off.
