I recently stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel in Westlake Village, CA. It was my fist time at one of their properties and will without question be my last! I have found this company to be fraudulent in reporting member activity online. If it says somebody is "online now!" or has been there recently do not believe it, they might not have been there in months. Laptop Advantage is a useless company company. The laptop that we ordered wasnt the laptop that was sent to us. The lcd screen was burnt with an image. When we called back for a refund.
