In May 2009 The Rewards Company called me with an offer of a 'free' cellphone if I take out a Topup49 contract for 24 months. The Topup49 contract was at the time on promotion for R20 only instead of R49 so I agreed to it. I had broken my cell phone and went online to get a replacement. The process was smooth and easy. Instead of overnight, I got it two days...not a big deal. When I recieved the new phone and went to activate it, the screen started glitching. It would not let me calibrate to my settings, instead kept beeping anywhere I pushed. This job is a scam. They tell you will get paid an hourly wage but, that is not true. Everything you get paid on your hourly wage has to be repaid through your commission of sales. You could make $1000 dollars in commission and actually receive no paycheck because the manager of this company took all your money. Recieved a Stanley thermos as a gift for Christmas and it is defective. Tried to contact Stanley about the problem, but will not respond. Will never buy another Stanley thermos again.Initially I was happy to see the name of an American company on the box, But did'nt realize they don't make Stanley products in this country any more.
