We purchased the update through this company being as how we had Micro Trend already installed. The security was worthless and our computer became infected from being vulnerable and without security. I am an ex employee of Paragon Acura. It was the worst job that I've ever had so far. Complete torture to get out of bed everyday and go there.The most unorganized dealership by far. Employees are treated worse then garbage. It's pathetic. I was in Worthington, OH this weekend for a wedding reception with other family members and we stayed at the Holiday Inn. Instead of being in one of our rooms we were on the patio outside and decided at 11:00 pm to order pizza. Purchased home in July '08. Was told 76 gallons of propane in the tank was included in this sale. Suburban filled this tank in August, 2008, 33 gallons. I was billed for the 76 gallons in the tank in August. I was then billed for the 33 gallons in September. The August bill was for 76 gallons. The September bill was for 33 gallons delivered in August. They included a late fee with this bill in September, even though I never saw a bill for the 33 gallons. I purchased a couch and chair in May of 2004. The salesperson pushed the warranty on us that would replace or repair "any damage" on the couch and chair. On May 27, 2006 I noticed cracking and peeling of the leather. Since Monday was Memorial Day, I had to wait to call about the warranty until Tuesday May 30.
