My husband attended an online college by the name of AIU. After received his degree and transcripts in 2005 we received a debt collection notice from CONSERV in March of 2009. I contacted CONSERV to ask them for documentation of the debt owed on March 20, 2009. Any consumer would want to know what and why they have a debt. I rented a video and gave it to someone to return. they didn't and redbox appropriately charged me for its purchase. it then proceeded to charge my credit card for a deposit on the original rental which was less than its purchase price. It seems to me they should have thrown out the deposit charge since they had already charged me for its purchase, but the voice on their phone said this was standard practice and my deposit would be returned eventually. needless to say, i won't be renting anymore from them. read full review »

I was contacted by this company about 60 days ago. I have invested thousands of dollars with various timeshare resale companies, including Creative Vacations, Premier Timeshare Solutions and more. Audit Recovery Systems told me that these companies were scams and that they could help me recoup the monies I paid. I called terminex to take care of temrite activity at our home, after three different cancelled appointemnts they came and quoted $1, 500.00 to take care of the problem. Again after two canceled service appointments, they finally showed up, they spent one and a half hour treating the termite. Two days later we called to let them know we still had termites flying around. We have called more the 20 times witthout getting anyone to call us and try to resolve the termite problem, everytime we call they tell us they will call us back, but never do. this is sthe wrost service I hav ever recived in my life form any service company. read full review »

I have not found the spyhunter program to be particularly useful. At one point I was prompted to pay and had already paid but thought that it had not been recorded. It took a very long time to turn this around. I cannot use this program. It is always prompting me to register and to pay again. This company treats people with disrespect and does not value loyal return customers. Their website contains old photos - not necessarily the part you will actually receive. They claim this is a "service" to you - to receive updated parts, even if they are unlike the pictures they post. They advertise shipping time to be 3-5 days approximately. I have experienced an even worse situation involving the Hank's Fine Furniture store located in Sherwood, Arkansas. I signed up with TransUnion in January to receive a monthly credit report. The company that collects the $9.95 fee has been deleting it from my checking account. I moved in February - gave them an address change. However, I have never been able to access my account online. Then I noticed along with their collection company, MONITORING, another. May 2010 I purchased a Boston Terrier puppy from Cypress Farm Kennel I was told the puppy would be shipped when she turned 8 weeks old . I picked the puppy up at Philadelphia International Airport I was shocked and sickened by the condition of this puppy . The puppy was dehydrated, sick and had Diarrhea all over her. Called to Settle past apartment in order to own a home and noticed it can be paid online. When paying online it said payment went through, but said this is not a reciept and led me to pay for it again. I called National Credit Systems and they said they don't monitor the internet and it is done through a separate company so if you pay online then you may get charged twice and we do not refund your money. They call me and asked if i would like to apply for a grant to increase my current business. I applied and 2 days later they said i was approved for a $115, 000 business grant and I needed to send the $1995.00 so i could get my grant in 90 days. They wanted it to be wired to them by my bank or they would send fed ex to pick up my check. So I checked them out and no such thing so I called the BBB, Fight Fraud, Federal Trade Commission and some others and reported them. They did send fed ex to pick up check but left empty handed. I am writing this complaint in regard to my postage by phone account with Pitney Bowes. Below is their address. Pitney Bowes 2225 American Dr Neenah, WI 54956 I cancelled my account back in Feb. 2006. When I contacted Pitney Bowes over the phone I told the customer service representative specifically that I needed to cancel the account, which they agreed. My fiance signed up for Keiser College. They said that they walked him through the entire admissions, registration, financial aid, etc processes. When it came closer for school to start, we found that he could only get loans totaling the tuition. They performed the classic bait and switch with the cost, quality and service. Originally was supose to cost $1495 for complete rebuild. Final cost $2500, plus another $400 in costs after the improper work was done. My engine had 255, 000 miles and ran perfect. I ordered the RightSize "free trial". When it came, I was charged $18.80 for shipping and handling and then was told that if I kept it, my account would be charged the full price was $119.80. Horrible customer service. After the Haiti earthquake we started desperately calling in Haiti as my father was there. We made more than 5 failed attempts per day starting from January 13. When I received my bill I was SHOCKED!! ALL our failed attempts have been charged even if we didn't talk (lines were and still are for the most part down!) I apparently signed a contract for services not provided. They told me that this education is like a gym membership, even if you don't complete the courses you have to pay the full amount of money in my case over $5000. They only give you 3 days to decide weather or not you like the program or your binded to the contract and have to pay the money.
