We hired Cloud Services Depot to augment our IT services and provide technical support for our customers over the phone when we could not. What we got was not what we bargained for when we noticed that our service wasn't working one day - the toll free number they provided was no longer working. What a nightmare! We had to wait an hour past our appointment time to even get started with pictures. We then snapped a few, and had to wait another twenty minutes to move to a different room. 3hours and a hundred dollars later, I was given pictures that were yellow, not white. They claim they are a third party collector for some credit card company. I think they are illegally doing this and am pursuing it with my bank and the Attorney General's office. SCAM - I bought a Sealy "cadillac" of pillow top mattress set for $1400 with a 10 year warranty. After 1 year top mattress starting breaking down. Mattress Discounters sent out man to measure and I was told the swag in the bed had to be more than 1 & 1/2 inches. Home Match Rentals took a deposit of $ 200 from me under the pretext that they had apartments in my budget for immediate possession. The next day i was given 5 phone numbers. We have been trying to figure out why Fig Newtons have gotten so sorry. They are now made in Mexico. They are smaller, advertising of twice the fruit is false (small print when compared to a Kelloggs strawberry nutra bar ... duhhhh), cookie falls apart, has hard objects that will break your jaw, scorched almost black and tastes like crap. Do not rental your Car there. I’m a bargain spender and want to save like $100 for a 9 days van rental. I regret my decision since they don’t maintain the car at all. I have tire issue on the first van I picked up. Return it and they give me a new rental, then I have battery issue. Return it and the third van, the ABS light is turn on.
