I heard about the Laser and Dermatology Institute of CA on the radio. They have tons of "radio commercials" that sound like a real radio program. I made an appointment for the center in Beverly Hills on Wilshire for a free consultation. A salesman showed up at my door and said I had hail damage to my roof. They said they could get my homeowners insurance to pay for a new roof. Next thing I know, they were filing a claim for me and gave me a contract to sign that said none of the things the salesman had promised. I called later and canceled but the insurance adjuster did show up and say that I have no damage at all. Of course, so now I have a claim against my policy for no reason at all. I received my credit card bill for Oct and I have charge for $19.95 on 9/6/08 and $1.99 on 9/7/08. I called the number on my statement and all I get is a machine saying to go to programstop.com. I submitted an order on the NordicTrack Website on Nov 26, 2007. On Nov 28, we were contacted to review delivery information. On Dec 3, we received an email stating our elliptical had been shipped and we would have it in a few days. It is now Dec 11, we still do not have our product. I ordered what was supposed to be a "free trial" offer. When trying to cancel future shipments, I called the phone number on the bottle and it tells me "all circuits are busy" every time I call. I tried their websites, all suspended. I tried to email the company and have never heard back from them. My "free trial" has turned into a $90 a month charge to my account automatically. I have taken steps by calling my bank and submitting a complaint to the fraud department, I have called the website that had this ad and they are tracing the company for me. This is the only theater in town and does not listen to its customers. Their concession stand prices have gone up and up, but they only cook hotdogs on certain days and times. When you arrive, you never know if there are any hot dogs or not. One of the managers even told me that hot dogs were too much trouble and he wished they didn't even offer them. I had Imperial Movers moved our stuff from apartment into our townhouse. We wrapped everything ourselves to save money. Anthony Smith (co-owner of Imperial Movers) charged for $600 for the service. I am building a new home in Lanett Alabama, we have ordered our appliances from Sears in Columbus Ga. The appliances, all of them were ordered on April 3rd 2009. We attended a 3 day seminar for Peak Potentials and signed up for the seminar "Never Work Again" in June 2009. The seminar was in December 2009. I rented a single scooter for 4 hrs at Sunshine rentals in Key West. Owner asked me to sighn a contract and live deposit 300 doll, which I did. As I understood contract company might keep my deposit only in case of phisical damage to scooter. When I check my firewall log, there has been at least 50 attempts by computers with Shaw Cable IP addresses. Shaw needs to crack down on this. I contacted this company for various projects in my apartment. The alleged owner, Christopher Purnell came to my apt. and explained his business model. In short, he charges for his estimates. As he explaines it "it seperates the wheat from the chaff" as far as serious customers are concerned. I should have known then this guy was trouble.
