unauthorized withdrawals

This is more of an informational story for anyone who has had a problem getting ahold of this company to cancel their membership. When the withdrawal showed up on my account there was a phone #888-596-9279 or a web address-CC Bill.com. This is the company that does the billing for this product-they were unable to refund any money, however, he stopped any future shipments and charges. I received an email right away stating that this was done. He also gave me a phone # 877-877-8026. This is the product support center-I called it and they are open M-F 9AM to 6PM. I will call them Monday-he said they may be able to help get my money refunded. Hope this helps some of you-so far it has worked as far as getting the order cancelled. Unauthorized charges

I ordered what was supposed to be a "free trial" offer. When trying to cancel future shipments, I called the phone number on the bottle and it tells me "all circuits are busy" every time I call. I tried their websites, all suspended. I tried to email the company and have never heard back from them. My "free trial" has turned into a $90 a month charge to my account automatically. I have taken steps by calling my bank and submitting a complaint to the fraud department, I have called the website that had this ad and they are tracing the company for me. Please do not try this "FREE TRIAL" offer-it is a scam!!!
