Bought entire house full of furniture from these guys - including large L shaped leather sofa. Within a month the leather on the L part of sofa started changing in texture. After inspection by leather "expert" - i was promised a same day return call, which never happened. When I followed up myself - I was told : thats just too bad m'am. On 12/21/09, my 1998 Freightliner Classic was taken to Performance Truck in Beaumont, TX because of water in the oil. They put it in the shop, drained the oil and water, and removed the oil pan. They found that it was leaking at #6 liner. I called Caterpillar to work on it, but they were closed for 2 weeks due to the holidays. Celebration World Resort . They will not list the taxes on the amount on the annual budget. Each year the annual budget says real estate taxes N/A see notes. I purchased a bed last week, Monday, at the Easy life furniture in Cerritos, CA and paid cash and $65.00 delivery fee. I was told that the bed will be delivered that Friday and they will call to let me know the time. Friday morning and I have not received a call so I call the store. Adopted a puppy from this "non-profit" rescue for $350 cash only. The puppy was taken to the vet the next day for a wellness check up. She had Parvo. We sadly euthanized her after much thought. I purchased 2 sets of WOW containers, the price seemed right. They did a bait and switch on the silicone inserts but I called them on it before giving them the credit card information.They do not handle well in the freezer as I have had several crack in the freezer and the little tabs that keep the parts together break off too easily or will not unlatch, frozen or at room temperature. On April 16th, parts were ordered by the repairman to repair a seal around our GE refrigerator. By May 28th, we still had not heard from the Service Department when our repair would be completed. This only compounds the problem with Bray and Scarff. When they delivered the refrigerator, it was the wrong model.
