Some - maybe all of wasauna's products do not meet UL or Asni standards. they will sell you the product tell you they will mail you out the certification you need they never send out the proper UL or ansi approval forms which is required by your local city plumbing inspector to accept. Basically they will say anything to sell these products that are made in china and do not meet US standards in many US. cities. I have documents form the state inspectors rejecting their product. Beware! Never, ever book your car rental with “Dollar Car Rental”!! They scammed me into paying more for my rental by telling me the vehicle I reserved was not available (as we were driving out of the lot, we saw a few cars that we originally reserved on the lot!) and offered us another vehicle – claiming it was cheaper per day than what we reserved. I found a charge on my account when checking it online for $14.95 that I did not authorize for this company. I tried phoning them with no success. All I got was an answering machine and no return call. I am currently in a law suit with Lumber Liquidator. Our installer put down approximately 170 square feet of the 620 square feet of wood. There were gaps in the flooring. The lady I spoke with was very manipulative and talked me into an additional 7 days to evaluate the product. Recently, my husband and I went to Mazatlan, Mexico and went to a timeshare presentation at Residence Club La Jolla and got misled into purchasing a timeshare.
