I'd taken a Home loan of rs 18.26 from SBI for a under construction Property. SBI paid rs 1,03000 to a builder as a part of the total payment. Ive opted for a PRE EMI strcutcture & Started paying RS 18741 as an EMI from day 1. Now after 5 months when ive paid ~93000 against Rs 1,43000(Rs 103000 Disbursed Amount & Rs 43900(Insurence Amount). My experience on charge.com was not good. - Their first scam is, each application is automatically approved. That should be a heads up that this is a bad business. The second scam is you say what your sales will be and if you want MC or Visa. And then somehow automatically you are taking AMEX and JCB and discover, and paying that AMEX fee. Then when you want to terminate because of their non existant customer support, it costs you $300 to leave (and that is why there is no set up fee). I bought a kodak camera in New Zealand. It broke. I returned it to the business I bought it from, they sent it to Kodak repairs in New South Wales, Australia. Once I had agreed to renew my vodacom contract through them I was offered R1800-00 worth of music vouchers with so-music and told that I would have to pay a delivery fee of R39-00. Placed order with Eastern Lettering on Feb. 23rd, paid $17.63 for 2nd Day Air, received order on Feb. 28th to P.O. Box in Priority Mail envelope marked $4.95 postage. I was shorted a 3" number. Contacted the company requesting the missing number and credit and they responsed "We use a fee based courier service when shipping our items, as we are too busy to package our own. I have had it with Barnes and Nobles. I decided after better judgement to give the on-line a go as I needed the Berlitz Spanish cds in short order. You showed when ordered a 2-3 business day turn and did not indicate it would take 8 days to ship this product. Be aware of all the ins and outs with this company, they use very deceptive practices when doing business. We only once ever actually got a small job from there leads, but for the most part there leads are a joke, they do not screen the jobs / projects they post as they say they do, and on many occasions i have had a client tell me they had gotten pricing from 6 or more contacts from construction deal, when what they advertise to those buying leads is that they only send it out 4 times then it goes away. Signed up for a free trial after reading ALL terms and conditions, then I had to CALL to cancel my membership and when I did they said that I hadn't signed up for the free trial, that they "don't even offer a free trial". DRYWALL The drywall of the residence appeared 'Wavy, and not straight' when Pulte was advised of this problem we were advised the drywall on the lids (Ceilings) of some rooms would need to be replaced, some rooms would be floated, and re-textured. Recently had these guys out to my house to fix a problem w/ my dryer. They misdiagnosed the problem and will not refund the outrageous $75 service fee. In a mere three minutes at my house, the guy diagnosed a broken blower and said it'll be $400 to fix. Alternatively, I could take my receipt for my $75 service fee to Sears to just buy a new one.
