Just another complaint about Raymour & Flanagan. They are awful!! They damaged my floor and then they agreed to settle after nine months. I've been waiting for the check for weeks and nothing. I ordered some matting and framing materials on Feb 23rd from Light Impressions, the total amounting to $143.00. I was sent one item which cost $9.00, but was billed for the entire order. The Dump Furniture store is obviously using the "bait and switch" routine for much of their furniture. They show you the top of the line with the floor model and then they deliver you "seconds". Beware; If you go to this store and buy something, leave the store with it and do not let them deliver anything or they will likely deliver something entirely different than you paid for and if you return it they will try to charge outrageous restocking fees. read full review »

After spending roughly 2 hours on the phone with Netgear's so-called "IT Customer Support, " I have come to a very negative conclusion. What is the point of having Customer Support/Service if every person there doesn't understand what you are saying and mutters comments in their language while you are trying to get help? I ordered some Frontline and Iverhart from Maak in October. It is now January and I have not received them. I contacted customer support, who told me that the items were shipped in separate packages from separate warehouses to my location and that there was no way both could get lost. I had a 5:30 pm reservation for a New York-to-Boston bus trip on Friday (August 1, 2008). I arrived at the Megabus' stop at 4:30 pm. There was a bus waiting and there were seats still available. Service fees on the Checking account are not supposed to be there IF there is at least $300 or an 'approved' deposit of at lease $25. I have been receiving charges deducted from my checking account for these two different services of $14.95 each on the same day. I called the 800 numbers and all they will do is deduct two months worth., It is a site that get your credit records from the 3 credit report companies . I have a block and no one can retrieve them not even myself without going through mail and sending my pse bills etc. When I spoke to the supervisor they will only refund two months for both sites. We purchased a King size King Coil mattress from Art Van furniture in Michigan. Our salesperson told us Art Van owned the King Coil factory and if anything were to happen to the mattress it could be replaced.
