I signed up for the trial service that was 49.00 and then billed at 100.00 monthly. they made great promises of being available 24 hours, you can use a headset and talk with an actual tutor for most subjects. The thing is, I have a "No Trespassing" sign by my sidewalk as well as a "No Soliciting" sign that is clearly posted on my door. When you send your electronics in for a program which buys your used Electronics they give you a quote before you send. Well I sent everything necessary to get this full price and then after they receive my equipment they claim things were missing and the quality was not correct and reduce your price. This is just a scam to get you to use their site and once they get your stuff they can claim anything. Don't send anything to this company. I could not believe how they treated our stuff! It was like a rat race to get us out of the house! They were 2 1/2 hours late and were only to move the furniture and boxes into a truck, they didn't even have to transport it for us. I ordered a so called Gibson L-5 guitar from the site which was sent within the 7 days. I had looked at reviews but found they were not helpful. I was sent a low quality guitar with the Gibson name on it. Poor workmanship at best. After looking at the site and double clicking found that the pic brought up the Ebay site. This leads me to belive that TradeTang allows sellers to use others pics and thus scams you to belive your getting a quality instrument. We are receiving continuing phone calls claiming to collect a debt for Retro Fitness. We do not owe Retro Fitness and when we try to get answers from the gentlemen on the phone about where they are located they hang up. We called our Fitness Center and they advised us of the billing company they use and it is not Vitelity LLC 856-879-6033. I received a phone call from a foreign person stating I owe $620 for a payday loan. What's weird is they have my social and my bank information. I'm not sure who these people are and it's very scary. We were mailed a bill from Regional Yellow Pages Online and when we called to let them know we had never used them nor authorized a contract, they told us they had a recording of an employee saying yes to the contract. We refused to pay because everything we can find about the company online is fraud and now they have sent us to collections with ACA Recovery Inc. The people at the collections service are also not helpful or willing to listen to our side of the story---stating "if we took advice from debtors..." I was shocked to see two charges of $49.98 on my checking account coming from some company unknown to me. I immediately called their company to get this resolved. They helped me with all the charges on my account and refunded my money back to me within 2 weeks time. They explained to me how this happened that it was a system glitch and this will never happen again. OptionOne & AHMSI, I got behind with OptionOne over a year ago, it took them 6 months to do the follow up on the financial analsys form I faxed to them. I finaly got a loan mod, after I made 6 months worth of payments. I purchased a brand new Corsa SXi 1.4 from Sherwoods, Stockton on Tees, Cleveland on 1/12/07. It is the worst car I have ever had re performance and design but I expected it to at least be reliable.
