San Antonio Carpet & Tile Cleaning did a fantastic job! No complaints at all. The carpet looks better than it did when we moved in. Crew was polite and well dressed. Pet stains and odors are completely gone. There was a vomit stain in the living room that Blackmon Mooring couldn't get out, but charged us extra for last year-San Antonio Carpet & Tile Cleaning got it out for FREE. Recommended to my mother. In June of 04, I click on JCPenney and sent them $50.00 through my online banking. I didn't owe them anything I just sent them money by mistake. I called them and told them what I had done and they issued me a check for the amount. This company sold me a lemon of a used car. It needs over 7000 dollars worth of fixes to make it work correctly and the transmission is about to go. Not being a mechanic I asked for a service report and they said that they would get it to me. They never did. I ordered what was supposed to be the full 10 years of JAG. What I received had been recorded off USA Network's reruns of JAG, commercials were poorly edited out and the last 1 and 1/2 seasons were eliminated. These people are crooks and the phone number to get a return authorization is a big JOKE. I tried the so called website but it seems to be non-existent. I am going to contact my credit card company and see if they can get the money back some how.
