Placed an order on January 11 for my son's party on the 29th. After three weeks, I still had not received my order. I sent two emails that were never answered. I received only part of my order today, Feb 3rd. Finally I was able to get a hold of someone through Live Chat who said I should have gotten an email when they shipped my stuff saying they had a system failure & that they were behind, voiding their promise to ship within 2 -4 business days. Amazon.ca is a terrible company and should be put out of business. I ordered an item on May 2, 2011 and it is now May 28, 2011 and the item has not even shipped yet. Last year I have purchased a Swift. I have faced some problems which mostly arise through inexpensive use of materials in the car, but none have been as unbelievable than this. I had a positive balance and made an online transfer which put my account at a good amount. I then look at my online banking the next day and i have been charges 5 $38 dollar nsf charges. We purchased Verizon DSL and paid up front to have the service hooked up. When the day came to download and get the service running after many, many hours on the phone with a service tech the service was still not connected. I have found that ACS recorded the amount of the payment I made in December of 2009 for less than the amount I actually paid. I truly hate M&T their banking fees are crazy. Their reps are even worse. I can't believe the NFL is backing them as a bank. You would think they would have more sense then that, however they don't. I can't understand why it would take a month later for a withdraw to be posted to my account. Also they never update your account with the correct balance. In March 2011 I travelled through Stansted airport. I did not receive a plastic liquid bag nor did I see any signeage whatsoever that I needed to buy one prior to clearing the queue. I had my liquids in a see through plastic wrapper I had found at home. I was told after clearing security and after a very long wait (20 minutes) that I could either leave security, buy a bag from the shop and requeue or lose my liquids. I ordered a new TiVO DVR Monday, 12/10/07. It was delivered Friday, 12/14/07. They even threw in a free wireless connection. Although I have been able t connect two wireless laptops to my network, and TiVO was able to see my network, it was unable to connect. i flew with Air Asia in November and December 2008 between Perth and Kuala Lumpur. On December 21 2008 i flew with my mother from Kuala Lumpur to return to Perth. We pre booked our food online and found that the food was awful. To make things worst, we had stomach upset when we got home. My wife flew in on January 1st 2009 with the same airline and experienced the same problems. Something needs to be done to stop this. Small children can really fall ill someday. It is tragedy that I went to big bazar to buy a computer table two weeks back. They gave me a packed item and they told that, fitters will come and do the fittings within 2 - 3 days. I am still waiting and already this is second week and nobody turned up. After waiting for 4 days I thought let us open and try to assemble myself. Unfortunately when I opened the the it I found two damaged pieces in the item.
