My dad has used a pair of Siemens digital in the ear hearing aids for the past year and they have been a disaster. I was with him when he got the sales pitch from his audiologist and they seemed like a great idea. I subscribed for The Times of India and The Sunday Times (Order # 52852 and 54022) in May'07 for an amount of Rs 175 in total) and was supposed to get the copies from Jun'07. The YMCA have a Discriminatory policy in place whereby if your forced to stay in one due to being made homeless you may not apply to work in the building. Even if they have Jobs advertised on the notice board when you go in. I installed the free version of AVG anti virus. Have not been able to uninstall it since. AVG does not help in any way. No support unless you buy their software. Who in their right mind would buy from people who are creating problems? I took it to Geek Squad to have removed. This website's (www.pch.com) contractor does not provide statistics as to winners who win through snail mail campaign and those winners who win from online submissions. I signed and paid for a contract with SEARS to install a dishwasher I purchased from them. The installation date on the contract was for April 4, 2009. We waited most of the day for them ..calling them many times. They did not show up on April 4, 2009. Jeff Rudolf of Iowa City said he'd charge half price on his commission for a stock trade since I was going to move my money to a etrade account. He wanted 2 percent on the buy, and 2 percent on the sell, with an additional 4.95 transaction fee. Half of that is 1 percent on both ends, and 4.95 transaction. I purchased a computer back in fall of 2006, I received the computer earlier than expect, but it was not what I ordered. I was told that once I received it I could not return it. All items were in stock yet they shipped out only half the order overnight. I made a booking with bookinhotels.com which requires cancellations to be made 3 days before the 1st day of stay. I then sent an email one week before the due date to change my booking as I was delayed by one day. I got a reply saying that a refund will be credited to my credit card account. We ordered a stove and microhood from Sears.com and picked it up at West Lebanon NH store. The stove and microwave were both malfunctioning from day 1. I made one online purchase from overseas (India) last December and no less than 3 companies started recurring monthly and unauthorized charges to my credit card account after that. BofA Credit Card would not institute a stop-charges from these companies. I was told I had to contact them directly. DRI Reg.NET for $39.95, PMIdentity.com for $19.95 and Segpayeu.com for $19.95! Selected an engineered hardwood floor from Shaw flooring. The installed product did not even come close to the sample board used to make the selection. Shaw would not send anyone out to review the installed product versus the sample. We had to send the sample board to them and they denied the claim.
