on 2-12-2009 I purchased powerdvd SE with the extended download option.after submitting 4 different support tickets to them in the last 4 days, I still have not gotten any responce from them.I guess they want me to buy thier phone service at a cost of $30 for 60 days to make them feel like they should respond. Well I am not going to buy the phone service sence it is probley as bad as thier support ticket program. But I will file a complaint with every consumer board and web site i can find. On November 23, 2010, my rental rights were wrongfully violated when this real estate brokerage company took the liberty to send subcontractors over to my apt. to do maintenance without giving me the required 24 hour notice per law. Does anyone know what can be done about AT&T Wireless service? My calls drop, my signal bar is "one or two" strength. AT&T indicates that they DO NOT HAVE TO GUARANTEE SERVICE. But, depending on the rep I speak with, here is their response: *we have no towers in the area, *we have two towers and cannot understand why no service*it's your phone*when Cingular switched to AT&T, it affected the towers*and NO we cannot allow you out of your legal contract which expires in April 2008. I have never been so disgusted by a business before. I clicked on the website after a great price came up for an item I had been looking for, the item was over $1500 so when I went to check out, I was prompted to call and get an even lower price, I should've know something was wrong then. I recently put $800 down on a 65'' HDTV and purchased a stand for $300 cash from Arron's Rent-to-own. The delivery time was scheduled between 4-7pm. The delivery guys finally showed up right at 7 which was fine, but when they unloaded the truck, they only brought the TV (which was damaged). they didn't bring the TV remote or the stand that I purchased! Culligan, PO Box 5277, Carol Stream, IL, is billing me for service that they do not provide. I used to have a water softener exchange service with them. The local Culligan dealer decided to stop providing that service as of November 30, 2006. Whatever you do DO NOT buy LG. I purchased a dishwasher 1 year ago and already have replaced the motor , the circuit board, the fan and all the plastic wheels which hold the racks up. I got my hair cut at the hair cuttery the other day and it was ruined! I got my hair washed and trimmed pretty quickly and I paid for it and I even threw in a tip. I then looked in the mirror and saw that it was a bit longer in the back than it should have been. I asked the "stylist" if she could snip of 1/2" or a full inch in the back. She got pissed. All I wanted was information on how to get a passport but when looking at the website the button "next" is the equivalent of "order". I can't believe I fell for this scam site. I feel like such an idiot. First, you have to pay $1 per bid (and obviously, in a single auction, you'll likely have to make many bids). Second of all, the clock that sets the time left in the auction goes down to three seconds... then magically resets itself to 30 seconds. I ordered a watch in October 2010 and paid a deposit to Mark Time. site stated delivery 2-6 weeks. after 7 weeks sent e-mail to check on status of my order; received reply from marc rabinowitz to say delivery in mid january 2011(13 weeks after order). at the end of January, 14 weeks after ordering, having received no news I sent e-mail to cancel order and ask for return of deposit. Before placing my order I contacted their live customer service and specifically asked if the item was available for immediately delivery and was told yes. These people are idiots!! I ordered from here and the way that they process their orders is stupid. You place your order then three days later they send you an invoice to confirm the order. Then you have to pay through AlertPay but you have to wait for them to request the money. After a week and a half of waiting just to process your order they ship your order and if what you ordered wasn’t available of course they don't tell you until after you've paid therefore they give you a credit. I got a loan a while back from credit acceptance if your 1 day late they will call your job as they have mine several times a day, it is a business and ive asked several times dont call my job at which when you ask them to not call your work they shouldent. I ordered a seat for my Suzuki DR-Z400S just after Christmas of ’08; I called a few days later to ask them to build it up to make it more flat, as I hate feeling like the seat is pushing me toward the fuel tank. DO NOT GET SUCKED IN! This website is bogus! They have charged my credit card for another month's supply for a product that I never received. I payed 4.95 for shipping and handling for a 10ct bottle and cancelled immediately after. I was supplied a cancellation # and have never gotten a live person on the line since then. In the meantime, they continue to charge my card $74.46 a month and still don't send product.
